Their awesome sales guy, Greg, came over and quickly diagnosed the problem. Long story short, they gave me a great price on three Velux skylights, which are super high quality. The installation team was friendly, professional, and very talented. They came out and got them all installed in record time. These skylights are flat, not like the old bubble kind, so they look much better, and after two good rains I can say for certain that they don't leak at all. I plan to add some Solatubes next, in the dark areas of my closet and the laundry room, and I will absolutely call these guys again.
